Senior Sales Representative / Sales Team Lead

Alpha Imprint LLC is a U.S.-based promotional products and branded apparel company serving businesses throughout the United States. We work with companies that need branded apparel, promotional products, signage, and other custom marketing products for their employees, customers, events, and organizations.

We are looking for an experienced senior sales professional in Mexico who is comfortable working directly with U.S. businesses. This is a hands-on sales position, not a management position and not an entry-level sales job. You will work with our prospect lists, make outbound cold calls, qualify opportunities, book qualified appointments, follow up with prospects, and close business when the opportunity is ready.

The right person has several years of proven B2B outbound sales experience and is comfortable picking up the phone every day. You should know how to identify a real buying opportunity, ask the right questions, uncover the customer's needs, and determine whether a prospect is worth moving forward.



We are looking for someone who can sell consultatively rather than simply read a script or pitch features.

Responsibilities
- Make 100+ outbound calls per day using company-provided prospect lists
- Generate 3-5 qualified appointments per week
- Qualify prospects before booking appointments
- Follow up with prospects and re-engage opportunities that did not close
- Handle warm leads and close sales when appropriate
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up activity
- Track and understand your own sales KPIs, including calls, contacts, appointments, conversions, and sales
- Work directly with U.S. business customers
- Take ownership of your pipeline and results

Required Experience
- 3-5+ years of consistent B2B sales experience
- 3+ years of presente outbound cold calling experience
- Experience selling to U.S. customers
- Experience making 100+ outbound calls per day in a previous sales role
- Proven experience
