We are looking for an Immigration Legal Assistant / Immigration Specialist to join our team. Experience with U.S. immigration cases, particularly USCIS and EOIR, is preferred, but candidates with a strong interest and willingness to learn are welcome.

- Compensation: $700–$800 USD/month, depending on experience
- Full-Time: 40 hours/week
- 100% Remote
- Time Zone: EDT/EST
Requirements
- Experience with U.S. immigration processes preferred.
- Knowledge or interest in U Visa, T Visa, VAWA,SIJS, and USCIS.
- Strong English proficiency, written and verbal.
- Legal document preparation and case management skills.
- Excellent organization, communication, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Law, Paralegal Studies, or related degree preferred.
Main Responsibilities
- Prepare and review immigration packages.
- Gather and organize client documents and information.
- Communicate with clients and follow up on pending cases.
- Update case records and provide case status updates.
- Assist with USCIS and other immigration processes.
- Translate documents and perform administrative tasks as needed.
