HR Generalist
who thrives in fast-paced operational environments and is passionate about building strong teams, improving employee experience, and supporting business growth through strategic and hands-on HR initiatives.

Position Overview

The
HR Generalist – Fulfillment
will oversee the day-to-day execution of Human Resources processes within our Fulfillment operation. This role is responsible for supporting talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, engagement initiatives,



and HR administration while ensuring compliance with labor regulations and company policies.

The idóneo candidate is proactive, organized, people-oriented, and capable of balancing operational execution with continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes for operational and administrative Fulfillment positions.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring an outstanding employee experience.
- Partner with operations leaders to address employee relations matters and provide HR guidance.
- Monitor employee performance, probation periods, attendance, and disciplinary processes.
- Execute engagement, recognition, wellness, and retention initiatives.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Mexican labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Coordinate training programs and support learning and development initiatives
