POSITION PROFILE
- The Process Engineer is responsible for developing, validating, driving improvements, and sustaining molding processes to ensure product quality and meet customer requirements.
- This position has high visibility in new product development and is a key element for product introduction.
- Process transfer and continuous improvement during the validation and launch stages. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the injection molding area is required.
- Scientific molding methods and knowledge of tooling design are required. Knowledge of CAD, as well as experience with mold design, injection equipment, and peripheral equipment, is required.
- Ability to speak technical molding terminology and communicate at all levels. Demonstrated ability to make decisions, work with quality, and contribute to cost reduction

EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Plastics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
