We are looking for an experienced
Financial Planning Manager
to join a leading multinational organization.

This is a key role for a finance professional with strong experience in
financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and business performance analysis
, who is comfortable working with regional and corporate stakeholders in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes (
BUD, FC1, FC2, FC3
).
- Prepare and analyze
Vigente vs. Budget
results for monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
- Develop and monitor financial
KPIs
and provide meaningful business insights.
- Prepare and communicate monthly financial results and variance analysis.
- Coordinate financial reporting requirements and deadlines with
regional and corporate teams
.
- Analyze financial risks and evaluate new projects.
- Support product cost and imported product pricing analysis.




- Drive continuous improvement within financial processes and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and internal policies.

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in
Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
.
- Minimum
5 years of experience in multinational companies
.
- Strong knowledge of
financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, costs and NIF
.
- Knowledge of
foreign trade / import-related financial processes
.
- Strong understanding of
ERP-based accounting processes, preferably SAP
.
- Advanced Excel
and strong PowerPoint skills.
- Excellent analytical skills, structured thinking and business acumen.
- Fluent English
– required for interaction with regional and corporate teams.

Compensation & Benefits

? Base salary:
MXN $80,000 gross/month

? Performance bonus:
up to 2 months’ salary
