We’re looking for a Senior Business Process Consultant who can bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, helping clients transform and optimize their operations through ServiceNow solutions.

You'll play a key role in process discovery, solution design, stakeholder engagement, and successful adoption across projects in USA and LATAM.

Responsibilities

Lead workshops and requirements-gathering sessions with business stakeholders

Analyze and map current and future-state business processes

Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories

Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend ServiceNow-based solutions

Support testing, training, and change management activities

Collaborate closely with technical teams throughout delivery

Requirements

5+ years of experience in business process consulting,



business analysis, or functional consulting

3+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience

Strong understanding of ITIL and ITSM processes

Experience with ITSM, HRSD, CSM, or related ServiceNow modules

Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills

Advanced English and Spanish

Nice to Have

ITIL 4 Foundation

ServiceNow CSA or CIS Certifications

CBAP or Lean Six Sigma
