About the Role:

We are looking for a
Marketing Manager – Lifecycle & Campaigns
to take ownership of the company's marketing calendar and customer lifecycle marketing initiatives.

This is a highly hands-on role with a strong focus on
Klaviyo, email marketing, campaign execution, customer retention, conversion optimization, and marketing analytics
.





You will be responsible for planning and executing campaigns, developing and optimizing lifecycle flows, growing the email subscriber base, analyzing campaign performance, and coordinating marketing activities across e-commerce, marketplace, and retail channels.

This is not a purely strategic or coordination-focused position. We are looking for someone who can
think strategically, execute independently, launch campaigns, analyze results, and continuously improve performance
.

Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Management & Marketing Calendar
- Own and maintain the company's marketing calendar, keeping campaigns and key initiatives planned several weeks in advance.
- Translate marketing concepts into fully executed campaigns, including seasonal promotions, product launches, and commercial initiatives.
- Manage campaign timelines, dependencies, copy revisions, approvals, and launch schedules.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered accurate
