Summary

The Compensation & Benefits Intern provides administrative, analytical, and employee-facing support to the Compensation & Benefits team. This role supports key activities throughout the employee lifecycle, including new hire orientation, benefits onboarding, offboarding, employee communications, vendor coordination, invoice management, and research.

The position contributes to enhancing the employee experience by helping employees understand and access their benefits, identifying new partnerships and discount programs, and supporting Compensation & Benefits projects in a dynamic, international environment.

Job Description

*HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE*
- Provide benefits orientation to new hires, clearly explaining the programs, enrollment process, available resources, and key points of contact.
- Support Compensation & Benefits activities throughout the onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Conduct benefits exit meetings with departing employees and provide guidance regarding the termination or continuation of applicable benefits.




- Prepare and update benefits presentations, onboarding materials, FAQs, communications, and supporting documentation.
- Promote employee benefits through internal communications, presentations, digital platforms, and engagement initiatives.
- Research employee discount programs, strategic partnerships, wellness initiatives, and complimentary benefits that could strengthen the employee value proposition.
- Support the evaluation and implementation of new benefit programs and employee partnerships.
- Respond to general employee questions regarding benefits and escalate complex cases to the appropriate team member or provider.
- Provide first-level support for invoice management, including receiving, reviewing, organizing, and following up on invoices before sharing them with the responsible team member.
