As part of a leading global consumer goods company's technology organization, the regional Data & AI Team is responsible for bringing the company's global Data and AI ambitions to life across North and Latin America. We connect global capability with regional reality — ensuring our markets have the tools, knowledge, and support they need to compete and grow in a Data and AI-powered world.

This is a newly established role. You will have the opportunity — and the responsibility — to shape what this role becomes, building its identity, ways of working, and impact from the ground up.

About the role

A leading general consumer goods company is looking for an AI Enablement Manager to lead AI adoption and transformation across North and Latin America. This is a newly created, high-impact role sitting at the intersection of AI strategy and organizational change — reporting to a technically strong global leadership team.

This is not a coding role. But it is an AI role. You don't need to build models — but you need to understand them well enough to challenge,



orient, and inspire the technical teams that do. You will be the person who walks into a room with senior AI engineers and data scientists and says: "Here's where we should be going, and here's why." Then you will make the organization ready to get there.

What you'll do

→ Define and lead the AI adoption and transformation strategy across North and Latin America — from use case identification to organizational readiness to scaled rollout

→ Act as the strategic bridge between global AI technical teams and the business — translating AI capabilities into organizational priorities and vice versa

→ Build and lead an AI champions community across business units and geographies, driving genuine AI fluency — not just tool awareness

→ Design and execute upskilling programs that move employees from AI curiosity to AI confidence
