Summary Of Position

LawRank Mexico is looking for a motivated student who wants to begin and develop a career in Human Resources. As an HR Intern, you will support recruiting, onboarding, documentation, administrative follow-up, and office operations while gaining hands-on exposure to different HR processes in a collaborative environment.

Position Responsibilities

Support job postings, initial resume review, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-up.
Assist with the preparation and coordination of onboarding and offboarding activities.
Organize and update employee files, forms, databases, trackers,



and internal records.
Follow up on documentation, signatures, invoices, receipts, and administrative requests.
Assist with recurring reports and the collection of information for HR vendors.
Support office purchases, vendor follow-up, and Office Management activities.
Help organize internal events, employee celebrations, and special HR projects.
Other duties as required by management.

Requirements

Education: Currently enrolled in the final or second-to-last semester of a degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Human Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Previous professional experience is not required
Skills: Strong organization and attention to detail, clear communication, initiative, follow-through, a service mindset, discretion, and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Availability: Available to work part-time on a schedule co
