L2/L3 Support Mainframe Engineer

to work
on remote
from
Mexico
for a multicultural project with stability and growth in the short, medium and long term.

Overview
- Provide
L2/L3 support for Mainframe applications
in a 24x7 support environment.
- Monitor production systems and proactively identify and resolve incidents.
- Perform incident, service request, problem, and change management activities.
- Strong experience in COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS, VSAM.
- Experience with Mainframe batch processing and job scheduling tools.
- Experience in customer-facing roles and stakeholder management.
- English level: Advanced.
- Candidates hired will work on Canada Time zone.
- There is a posibility of shifts in the future, to be confirm.
