We are looking for an
IT Infrastructure Support Specialist Jr.
to join a leading electronics manufacturing company in Apodaca. This is a great opportunity for an IT professional with 1–3 years of experience who enjoys solving technical challenges, supporting users, and developing their skills in a dynamic corporate environment.

You will be part of the IT team responsible for supporting end users, maintaining computers and operating systems, and ensuring that IT equipment and services are reliable, secure, and properly managed.

What You'll Do
- Provide technical support to end users, troubleshooting hardware, software, operating system, and connectivity issues.
- Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade laptops, desktops, and other IT equipment.
- Support Windows client and server environments.
- Assist with endpoint security, system updates, diagnostics, and monitoring tools.
- Manage IT assets throughout their lifecycle, including equipment deployment,



maintenance, replacement, and retirement.
- Support software installation, licensing, and asset documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets and service requests using corporate IT tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve incidents and improve IT support processes.
- Identify recurring technical issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, Infrastructure Support, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and computer hardware.
- Experience troubleshooting software, hardware, and connectivity issues.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Wi-Fi.
- Familiarity with endpoint management, security tools, and IT support processes.
- Good problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
