? International Maritime Traffic Coordinator (Mexico – U.S. Exports)

We are looking for a professional with solid experience in international maritime operations who is ready to join a integral organization focused on developing logistics solutions for international clients.

If you have experience coordinating maritime exports from Mexico to the United States and are passionate about international logistics, this opportunity is for you

? What will you do?
- Coordinate end-to-end maritime export operations (A-Z).
- Manage shipments from Mexico to the United States.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, carriers, port terminals, and customs brokers.
- Monitor container movements and transit times.
- Review and validate foreign trade documentation.
- Coordinate cargo release and final delivery.
- Invoice logistics services and validate additional charges.
- Provide customers with follow-up throughout the entire logistics process.




- Coordinate operations with teams in Mexico and the United States.

? Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, International Business, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Freight Forwarding or international logistics operations.
- Experience with Mexico–U.S. maritime exports.
- Knowledge of foreign trade documentation.
- Experience coordinating with shipping lines and customs brokers.
- Advanced English (mandatory).
- Proficiency in Excel and Freight Forwarding systems.

⭐ Experience exporting alcoholic beverages or Food & Beverage products will be considered a strong plus.
