Employee Relations (ER) investigations and
the ability to
partner across stakeholders and influence policy design
. This role is responsible for conducting fair, thorough, and timely investigations into workplace concerns, while identifying systemic issues and contributing to
policy enhancement and preventive ER strategies
.
- Work Environment investigations- Partner with internal employment counsel, compliance and HR Business Partners to effectively manage employee relations issues/investigations
- Policies & processes- Drive continuous improvement in ER processes, policies, framework and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Training & awareness: Build preventive ER capability through manager training and employee awareness sessions.
- Extend support to investigations and projects across APAC on need basis.

In this position, you will partner with cross-functional teams to monitor product costs, support planning processes, manage inventory controls, and provide financial insights that help drive informed business decisions.
What You Will Do
- Manage the annual standard cost roll-up process and maintain accurate product cost structures within financial systems.
- Monitor monthly and year-to-date manufacturing costs; coordinate updates to bills of materials and routing structures with operations teams.
- Support annual budgeting and monthly forecasting activities for the assigned business unit.
- Coordinate annual physical inventory counts and cycle count programs, including variance analysis and follow-up actions.
