We’re looking for a Multimedia Designer to join the integral in-house creative team at IHG Hotels & Resorts. This is a hands-on, multidisciplinary design role for a designer who is comfortable moving across digital, print, video, and emerging AI-powered tools.

Working closely with the art director and creative leadership on the team, you’ll help bring ideas to life—from developing concepts and visual approaches to creating polished, final deliverables. The scope of your work will include a variety of marketing projects and formats, adapting creative for different audiences, channels, and brands while maintaining a high standard of craft.

Your Day to Day
- Take creative direction and develop concepts, visual directions, layouts, and design explorations that bring campaign ideas to life.
- Create and adapt creative across digital, print, paid media, social, OOH, trade shows, events, and other marketing channels, maintaining consistency across formats and environments.
- Produce and prepare final digital and print assets for launch or vendor delivery, ensuring files are accurate,



production-ready, and meet required technical specifications.
- Apply strong color theory and production knowledge to prepare work for digital, print, and large-format applications, including color profiles, resolution, scale, bleeds, and file specifications.
- Develop creative for OOH, environmental graphics, trade shows, events, signage, and displays, understanding how design translates across different scales and physical environments.
- Create and edit video, motion, and imagery, including animation, retouching, compositing, color correction, and image enhancement.
- Use generative AI and AI-powered tools to explore concepts, create and enhance assets, and accelerate creative workflows within Adobe Creative Cloud and other platforms.
- Collaborate with Art Directors, Designers, Copywriters, Marketers, vendors, and production partners to take creative from concept through final delivery.
