The
Quality Assurance PMO
will be responsible for coordinating and supporting cross-functional projects within Engineering, Quality, and Research & Development (R&D;). This role requires strong project management capabilities, effective communication with multiple stakeholders, and the ability to manage project schedules, deliverables, risks, and priorities. The idóneo candidate will have experience working under structured project management methodologies such as PMP or Agile and hands-on experience with Microsoft Project.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES:
- Lead and coordinate projects involving Engineering, Quality, R&D;, and other cross-functional teams.
- Develop, maintain, and track detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.




- Use Microsoft Project to manage timelines, dependencies, resources, and project progress.
- Monitor project execution and ensure activities are completed according to established timelines and requirements.
- Identify project risks, constraints, and potential delays and coordinate appropriate mitigation actions.
- Facilitate project meetings, follow up on action items, and communicate project status to stakeholders and leadership.
- Apply PMP and/or Agile methodologies to effectively plan, execute, monitor, and close projects.
- Coordinate priorities and deliverables among Engineering, Quality, R&D;, Operations, and other relevant departments.
- Prepare project status reports, presentations, dashboards, and progress updates.
- Support resource planning and prioritization based on project requirements and business needs.
