We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to lead the implementation and start-up of assembly and manufacturing lines for a project based in Georgia, USA.

This is a unique opportunity to gain international experience while enjoying competitive compensation and full relocation support.

Candidates must currently reside in Chihuahua or Querétaro.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the implementation and start-up of manufacturing and assembly lines.

* Coordinate equipment installation and workstation setup.

* Supervise facility installations (electricity, gas, compressed air).

* Design and optimize plant layouts.

* Manage purchase requisitions and budget tracking.

* Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and cross-functional teams.

* Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

* Provide on-site project support and progress reporting.

What We’re Looking For:





* Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field).

* Previous experience in manufacturing line implementation/start-up (preferred).

* AutoCAD proficiency (mandatory).

* Strong knowledge of manufacturing and assembly processes.

* Excellent English proficiency (advanced level required – technical and conversational). This is indispensable.

* Spanish proficiency.

* Valid passport and U.S. travel documentation.

* Availability to remain on-site in the U.S. for 3–6 months.

Assignment Details:

* On-site in the U.S. for up to 6 months.

* Option to return to Mexico once per month (extended weekend flights covered).

What We Offer:

* Gross monthly salary: $55,000 MXN.

* Fully covered housing during U.S. assignment.
