The team works across paid social, paid search, programmatic, and other digital channels, partnering closely with clients to build integrated media strategies and continuously improve performance.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, client-facing role combining
Paid Social and Paid Search
, with ownership of campaign strategy, execution, optimization, reporting, and ongoing client communication. You’ll work closely with clients, planning teams, creative teams, and other agency partners to continuously improve performance and identify new testing and growth opportunities.

What You’ll Do
- Own the day-to-day strategy, setup, management, and optimization of




Paid Social and Paid Search/SEM campaigns
.
- Manage campaigns across platforms such as
Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Reddit Ads, Google Ads
, and other relevant paid media channels.
- Monitor campaign budgets, pacing, performance, and delivery to ensure client goals and KPIs are achieved.
- Manage and optimize significant monthly media budgets across multiple campaigns and/or brands.
- Develop structured testing roadmaps across
creative, audiences, targeting, placements, bidding strategies, keywords, and campaign structures
.
- Analyze campaign performance to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
- Proactively troubleshoot campaign issues and implement actionable solutions.
- Conduct detailed QA of campaign setup, tracking, naming conventions, targeting, budgets, and delivery settings before launch.
