About the Role

We are helping a company in the pharmaceutical glass and pharmaceutical packaging industry find an experienced Sales Manager – Mexico to drive business development and sales growth in the Mexican market.

This is a hands-on commercial role focused on developing new customers, managing key accounts, and expanding the company’s market presence in Mexico.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow the company’s sales and business in Mexico.
- Identify and develop new customers in the pharmaceutical and related industries.
- Manage key accounts, distributors, and business partners.
- Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing, contracts, and payment terms.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, competitors, and new business opportunities.
- Manage sales pipelines, forecasts, customer follow-up, and order execution.
- Coordinate with headquarters and internal teams on delivery, supply chain, and customer support.




- Travel regularly within Mexico to visit customers and develop business opportunities.
- Support local team development as the business grows.

Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B sales, business development, or key account management experience in Mexico.
- Experience selling to pharmaceutical manufacturers is highly preferred.
- Background in pharmaceutical glass, pharmaceutical packaging, primary packaging, APIs, raw materials, medical packaging, equipment, or related industries is preferred.
- Proven experience in new customer development and key account management.
- Strong commercial negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of the Mexican B2B market.
- Native or professional-level Spanish and good business English.
- Willingness to travel within Mexico.
