Lead Oracle AI helps US local businesses (HVAC, roofing, electrical, plumbing) get found on Google Maps and AI search. Our offer is simple, affordable, and price-transparent — prospects see the price and the guarantee on our funnel *before* they ever book a call. By the time they reach your calendar, they already know what it costs. Your job is to answer "does this actually work?" and take the card.

We're hiring one or two closers. Not ten.

What the role looks like:
- Take inbound appointments booked for you with US contractor owners — no cold calling, no lead buying, no dialing lists
- Run a simple 30-minute, one-call close on a proven offer with a pre-selling VSL doing half the work
- Work the pipeline between calls: chase no-shows, revive stale leads, follow up until they buy or say no
- Keep the CRM clean (GoHighLevel) and hand closed deals to onboarding

Compensation:
- Guaranteed monthly base salary, paid in US dollars — not commission-only, not a draw




- Cash commission on every account you close, uncapped
- Exact numbers, expected call volume, and ramp targets covered on the interview call

Hours: US business hours

You're a fit if you have:
- 1+ years of phone sales experience (high-ticket, SaaS, home services, or agency offers)
- A natural, unscripted style that lands with blue-collar business owners
- Reliable internet and a quiet call environment
- Hunger — you fight for deals in the pipeline instead of waiting for calendar invites

You're NOT a fit if:
- You'd be happy coasting on the base — the commission is the job
- "The leads were weak" is in your vocabulary
