About the Role

We are seeking an experienced EDI Support Analyst to join our growing team. This role will support EDI operations, enrollment administration, data reconciliation, and system maintenance for employee benefits programs.

The adecuado candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with large datasets, enrollment records, and multiple systems including Salesforce, Employee Navigator, Outlook, and Excel.

Key Responsibilities

Inbox & Request Management
- Monitor and manage EDI support inboxes.
- Review and triage incoming requests.
- Categorize, assign, and prioritize support tickets.
- Send acknowledgment and initial responses to clients and internal teams.

Enrollment & EDI Support
- Maintain renewal feeds within Employee Navigator.
- Verify successful transmission of weekly EDI files.




- Investigate and resolve enrollment discrepancies.
- Conduct enrollment audits and reconciliation activities.
- Prepare and format enrollment files for carrier submissions.
- Generate new hire enrollment communications.
- Process manual enrollments in carrier portals for priority accounts.

Administrative Support
- Maintain and update data in Salesforce, including:
- Accounts
- Contacts
- Projects
- Assist with carrier password reset processes.
- Perform regular data cleanup activities to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

Reporting & Analysis
- Generate monthly renewal reports.
- Track enrollment discrepancies and EDI error trends.
- Support ongoing process improvement initiatives through reporting and analysis.

Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in EDI support, benefits administration, enrollment operations, or related fields.
