- Provide advanced orthopedic product technical support to internal and external customers, Customer Care Associates, Sales Representatives and end-users via direct calls, Teams, faxes and email communications
- Provide orthopedic product technical assistance through emails and phone conversations
- Provide product recommendations for customers, end-users and field sales representatives
- Troubleshoot product questions and complex issues to provide resolution and improved customer service
- Handle and resolve complex customer issues and escalated customer calls
- Document and record all injury complaints within Agile
- Provide product education to new hired Customer Care Associates, existing Care team members and Enovis employees as needed
- Assist field sales representatives with cross references of competitor products
- Process casting orders for custom bracing
- Collaborate with Customer Care, Marketing, Engineering, Quality and Sales teams on new product launches, product updates, quality issues and general product information

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology,



Exercise Science, Athletic Training, Nursing or related field required
- Experience working with Orthopedic bracing preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all levels
- Proficient in MS office suite (SharePoint, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- English advanced level: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility to work any shift between the hours of 5am – 5pm PST
- Responsive to urgent needs and demands
- Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance is required
- Exceptional customer service skills
