Client Experience & Sales Executive – Premium Design Showroom

Full-time | Permanent Position | Mexico City – Col. Roma | On-site

STUDIO DAVIDPOMPA is looking for a dynamic, polished and customer-oriented professional to join our team in Mexico City.

This is a highly customer-facing, in-person role focused on creating an exceptional experience for our clients, supporting sales and building long-term customer relationships within a premium design environment.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about people, service, sales and brands. Experience in premium fashion, luxury retail, hospitality, beauty, jewelry, lifestyle brands or other high-end customer-facing environments is highly relevant to this position.

An interest in architecture, interiors, furniture and design is a strong advantage, but a design background is not required.

The Role

You will be one of the main points of contact between the brand and our clients. You will welcome clients into our showroom, understand their needs, present our collections,



provide product recommendations and guide them throughout the purchasing process.

The role combines customer experience, consultative sales, client relationship management and operational follow-up.

Main Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients in our showroom, providing a warm and personalized experience.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, retailers, architects and interior designers.
- Understand client needs and provide personalized product recommendations.
- Present the brand and its collections in a confident and engaging way.
- Manage sales inquiries and follow up proactively with clients.
- Prepare and follow up on product quotations.
- Process customer orders and coordinate logistics and shipments.
- Prepare quotations, invoices and other order-related documentation.
- Maintain accurate and organized client information and follow-up.
- Conduct after-sales follow-up and maintain long-term client relationships.
