Joining the Driver Growth team offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of one of the fastest-growing companies. This role is driven by data analytics, quality management, and operational problem-solving, and requires a combination of strong analytical thinking, a builder's mindset, and the ability to work across countries and stakeholders. You'll work closely with a dedicated team to monitor, understand, and improve DiDi's driver experience across all Spanish-speaking LATAM (SSL) regions.
