Role Description
The Fleet Insurance Claims Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in San Pedro Garza García, NLE. This role is responsible for managing insurance claims related to the company’s fleet, including gathering documentation, coordinating with insurance providers, and tracking claim status from initiation to resolution. The individual will review incident reports, verify policy coverage, and ensure timely and accurate claims handling in compliance with applicable regulations. Daily tasks also include communicating with drivers, internal teams, and external stakeholders, maintaining organized records, and preparing reports on claims activity and trends.



The role contributes to risk mitigation by identifying recurring issues and supporting process improvements in fleet safety and claims management.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Insurance and Claims Management to manage fleet-related insurance processes and oversee end-to-end claims activities.
- Candidates should possess skills in Claims Handling and Customer Service to process claims efficiently while maintaining professional, clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess skills or knowledge in Law, particularly as it applies to transportation, liability, and insurance regulations.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., spreadsheets, databases, and document management tools) and comfort working with digital records.
