We are seeking a Shipment Coordinator with advanced English communication skills to join our Supply Chain team

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Scheduler shipping to join our logistics team. The scheduler will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling the shipment of finish goods, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining communication with sales department, carriers, customers, and monitoring and tracking center. The idóneo candidate should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience in logistics or shipping operations.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree
+ 3 years of proven experience in the logistics or supply chain industry.
Knowledge of logistics management systems and software.
Basic understanding of transportation and loading processes.
Proven experience as a data clerk, data entry operator, or similar role in logistic.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with data management software.

Key Responsibilities:
Scheduling and Coordination:

Daily plan and schedule releases to meet sales department requirements.
Coordinate with carriers and logistics partners to arrange transportation.
Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
Develop and implement new/improved processes and procedures for effective and efficient Logistics practices.
Must be able to work under pressure and know how to interact with trailer operators.
Review and validate contractual compliance for payments including contractual performance
Develop and maintain reporting to measure associated area(s) of responsibility
Develop and report Carrier/Supplier Scorecards and KPI reporting

Communication:

Maintain effective communication with sales department regarding shipment status and delivery sche
