About the Role
The Paid Media Specialist is responsible for executing, optimizing, and analyzing paid media campaigns with a high level of technical rigor, ensuring measurable results aligned with client and business objectives.
The Specialist will bring the Paid Media strategy to life by ensuring high-quality campaign execution, efficient budget management, accurate platform implementation,



and continuous generation of actionable insights to improve performance.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution: Set up, launch, and monitor multi-channel paid media campaigns, ensuring accurate technical implementation and alignment with the defined strategy.
Media Plans & Operational Monitoring: Develop and maintain detailed media plans, monitor campaign data, manage alerts and automation, identify performance or spend deviations, and ensure all tactical elements are accurately executed within the relevant platforms.
Continuous Optimization: Perform regular, data-driven optimizations to improve campaign performance and maximize KPIs such as ROAS, CPL, and CPA.
Budget Management: Monitor daily pacing to ensure spend remains within budget and adjust investment levels according to campaign needs.
Technical Quality & Compliance: Ensure campaigns follow technical standards, platform best practices, tracking requirements, and QA processes.
