About the Position:
We are looking for a Head of Quality to join the Electronics team, reporting directly to the Quality Director.
This position is based at our office in Aguascalientes.
As the Head of Quality at Marelli, you will be responsible for driving quality strategy, compliance,



and continuous improvement across North America an Mexico Operations. Overseeing quality systems, audits, regulatory/customer requirements, supplier or manufacturing quality, issue resolution, and performance metrics. It partners with operations, engineering, supply chain, and leadership teams to reduce defects, improve process capability, ensure standardization, and protect customer satisfaction.
Your Responsibilities will be:
A. Regional Quality Leadership
Define and execute the quality strategy for Mexico and North America in alignment with global electronics division objectives.
Lead quality teams across multiple sites, business units, and customer programs.
Establish common quality standards, processes, tools, and governance across the region.
Promote a proactive quality culture focused on prevention, accountability, and continuous improvement.
