Just steps from the iconic Parque México, in the heart of vibrant Condesa, Hotel San Fernando is a special place that blends urban energy with the calm of a sophisticated retreat. This boutique property by the renowned Bunkhouse brand occupies a 1947 Art Déco building, reimagined with a contemporary design that celebrates the cultural richness of Mexico City.

Qualifications

No previous experience in the position required.
A genuine passion for service and direct interaction with guests.
Strong problem-solving skills, active listening, empathy, and genuine care.
Fluent English communication skills.
Full schedule availability (including rotating shifts and days off).
Ideally (but not required), a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or a related technical field.
