Seeking a Senior SQL Server Developer with 10+ years of experience in SQL Server, T-SQL, database development, and performance tuning. Candidates should have hands-on experience with payroll systems/calculations and AI-assisted development tools.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and optimize complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, views, and triggers.
Perform SQL performance tuning, indexing, and execution-plan analysis.
Troubleshoot deadlocks, production issues, and data integrity problems.
Support payroll calculations including wages, overtime, taxes, deductions, bonuses, and timesheet integrations.
Work with developers, DBAs, and business/HR teams.
Use tools such as GitHub Copilot and ChatGPT for SQL development and optimization.
Required
10+ years of SQL Server development
Strong T-SQL and complex query development
Advanced Stored Procedures & SQL Performance Tuning
Execution Plans, Indexing & Query Optimization
Payroll systems/payroll calculations experience
SQL Server 2016/2017/2019/2022 and/or Azure SQL MI
Strong transaction, concurrency, and troubleshooting experience
AI-assisted development experience
