We are currently searching for a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE):
The Challenge (Responsibilities)




Design and implement an effective and efficient CI/CD flow that gets code from dev to prod with high quality and minimal manual effort.
Apply a systematic problem-solving approach, coupled with strong communication skills and a sense of ownership and drive.
Drive the adoption of development services (Performance Engineering, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, and Collaboration) amongst various delivery teams.
Debug and optimize code, and automate routine tasks to improve efficiency.
Manage relationships and deal with difficult situations involving many different stakeholders, making decisions with a sense of urgency.
Work across development, operations, and product teams to prioritize needs, build relationships, and push the boundaries of what can be done with automation.
Design, analyze, and troubleshoot large-scale distributed systems.
Your Profile (Requirements)
BS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field involving coding (e.g., physics or mathematics), or equivalent practical experience.
Proven engineering experience with industry-standard CI/CD tools like Git/BitBucket, Jenkins, Maven, Artifactory, Groovy, and Chef.
Sound knowledge and extensive hands-on experience in cloud-based architecture (preferably in Azure and PCF).
Demonstrated experience with Java, J2EE, WebServices (SOAP/REST), Spring/Spring Boot, and Hibernate skills.




Solid understanding and experience with algorithms, data structures, scripting, pipeline management, and software design.
Experience working in an Agile Development Environment.
High-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery.
Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between "coding" and "engineering."
Desired
Experience with Splunk, Dynatrace, Docker, and Kubernetes is a strong plus.
Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.
Languages
Advanced Oral English: For seamless collaboration with global teams.
Advanced Spanish.
