essential duties and responsibilities

- develop and maintain workday advanced, matrix, and composite reports using workday reporting best practices.
- translate hr and business requirements into effective workday reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions.
- build and maintain workday prism analytics datasets, transformations, and data pipelines.
- develop discovery boards, storyboards, worksheets, dashboards , and other advanced workday reporting solutions.
- create and optimize advanced calculated fields and reusable reporting solutions.
- troubleshoot complex workday reporting issues and recommend scalable technical solutions.
- validate report data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with hr policies and data security standards.
- standardize and automate recurring reporting processes to reduce manual reporting efforts.
- support data storytelling and visualization for hr and leadership stakeholders.
- collaborate with hris, it, hr,



and business teams to identify reporting gaps and improve workday functionality.
- provide technical guidance and support to hr team members regarding workday reporting capabilities.
- evaluate and support implementation of new workday reporting and analytics capabilities introduced through workday releases.
- develop approximately 10–15 key dashboards supporting workforce analytics and decision-making.

minimum requirements

- university degree with 5+ years of workday reporting and analytics experience, or master's degree with 3+ years of workday reporting and analytics experience.
- strong hands-on experience with advanced workday reporting capabilities.
- demonstrated experience independently troubleshooting complex workday reporting issues.
- strong understanding of hr data structures, business processes, and reporting best practices .
- strong workday prism analytics experience.
- excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
