We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead accounting operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and support strategic financial decision-making. This role will oversee month-end close activities, financial reporting, audits, tax compliance, and a team of accounting professionals while partnering with multiple business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the general accounting function and month-end close process.
- Review and approve account reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with Mexican accounting, tax, payroll, and regulatory requirements (ISR, IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISN, Fonacot, etc.).
- Oversee bank reconciliations, prepaid expenses, accruals, and balance sheet reviews.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely resolution of findings.
- Manage and mentor the accounting team, driving process improvements and operational excellence.
- Monitor changes in accounting and tax legislation and ensure proper implementation across the organization.
- Collaborate with finance, payroll, tax, and business teams to support company objectives.
- Prepare and present financial analysis, KPIs,



and management reports to leadership.

Qualifications

✔ Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

✔ CPA or equivalent certification preferred.

✔ 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities.

✔ Strong knowledge of Mexican GAAP, tax regulations, payroll accounting, and statutory reporting.

✔ Experience managing accounting operations in large organizations.

✔ Advanced English proficiency.

✔ Advanced knowledge of Oracle ERP and Excel.

✔ Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
