We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Staff Validation Engineer (IT) with a strong background in project management and a preferred experience in the medical industry.

The adecuado candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating IT initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals, and driving digital transformation across multiple sites.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Contribute to and potentially lead the development of business cases for proposed IT projects. Manage project plans, budgets, risks, and issues for assigned initiatives.



Monitor and manage all financial aspects of portfolio management. Drive harmonization across sites within the segment, focusing on digital maturity, business process optimization, and technology standardization. Manage of Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)Communication with stakeholders Project managementMAIN QUALIFICATIONS:Engineering Degree (master’s in science is a plus)7 - 12 years of experience in IT experience Strong ERP/Supply Chain experience Application TCO experience Manufacturing/MES experienceIT cut-over experienceIT governance and operating-model experience Data migration experience Infrastructure/network understanding Strong project/program understanding Excellent stakeholder management Medical industry experience Bilingual spanish - english
