Senior Technical IT Recruiter Experience: 5-7 Years Location: Versátil / Hybrid Department: Talent Acquisition Reports To: Recruitment Manager / Talent Acquisition Lead Job Summary Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from requisition intake through offer negotiation and onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, hiring priorities, and workforce planning needs. Develop sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates across multiple technology domains. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements. Conduct candidate screening interviews to assess technical capabilities, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate and facilitate interview processes between candidates and hiring teams. Manage offer negotiations and close candidates effectively. Sourcing & Market Intelligence Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and direct sourcing techniques. Perform talent mapping and competitor intelligence research. Maintain an active pipeline of passive candidates for niche and hard-to-fill positions. Stay informed about technology market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability. Stakeholder Management Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and business leaders. Provide regular updates on hiring progress, market insights, and recruitment challenges. Drive effective stakeholder communication throughout the hiring lifecycle. Collaborate with HR, onboarding teams, and vendors to ensure seamless hiring operations. Reporting & Process Excellence Track recruitment metrics such as Time-to-Fill, Time-to-Hire, Submission-to-Interview Ratio, Offer Acceptance Rate,



and Source Effectiveness. Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS systems. Identify recruitment bottlenecks and recommend process improvements. Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment standards. Technical Skills Hiring Experience Experience recruiting for one or more of the following technologies: Java, .NET, Python Full Stack Development React, Angular, Node.js DevOps & Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) Data Engineering & Analytics Salesforce Workday Cybersecurity Infrastructure & Networking Application Support AI/ML Engineering ERP Technologies (SAP, Oracle) Required Qualifications 5-7 years of experience in Technical/IT Recruitment. Proven success hiring across multiple IT skill sets and experience levels. Strong knowledge of sourcing methodologies and candidate assessment techniques. Experience using ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
