This role is idóneo for someone who enjoys building relationships, managing sales pipelines, and driving business growth through a consultative sales approach.

Associate , you will own the complete sales pipeline, guiding prospective customers from their initial interaction through conversion. You'll be responsible for nurturing leads, conducting discovery conversations, maintaining accurate CRM data, and collaborating closely with Marketing to improve outreach efforts and increase conversion rates. S. organization in a collaborative, data-driven environment where your ideas and initiative will have a meaningful impact.

Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure pipeline data is always up to date. CRM & Sales Operations Manage daily CRM activities, ensuring data accuracy and process consistency. Analyze conversion metrics and identify opportunities to improve sales performance.





Recommend and test new sales processes and pipeline optimization strategies. Provide feedback on lead quality and customer insights. Support customer segmentation and value proposition development. Represent the company at conferences, networking events, and industry meetings.

Travel as needed to support business development initiatives.

Requirements 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or a related client-facing role.

Professional

English (written and spoken).

Experience working with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).

Experience in online education, SaaS, or professional services.

Experience in healthcare, senior living, or real estate industries.

Experience representing a company at conferences or networking events. Salesforce administration, reporting, or dashboard experience. Data-driven and passionate about improving sales performance.
