Salary Range: $2,000 - $2,500 (max) USD per month (The final offer is at the client’s discretion and depends on the candidate’s interview results, skills, and experience.)

Type of job: Remote

- Capital Operations Manager

About The Role

You will own the project work that moves the fleet forward: machine relocations, equipment upgrades, and vendor-transition programs. This is a project-coordination role, each initiative is a defined effort with a start, a sequence of dependencies, and a clean finish.

You will develop the judgment to scope each project, sequence the work, and drive it to completion while keeping clinical operations uninterrupted. Over time, you will help standardize how the department runs these transitions so each one is faster and cleaner than the last.

Key Responsibilities

- Own upgrade and relocation projects. Scope, plan, and drive equipment upgrades and machine relocations from kickoff through completion.

- Run vendor transitions. Coordinate the move of units between service arrangements, for example, transitioning machines from a third-party servicer back onto OEM coverage, managing the handover cleanly.

- Hold the project timeline. Sequence milestones and dependencies, track action items,

and surface risks early so a transition does not stall or disrupt clinical use.

- Coordinate stakeholders. Keep vendors, clinical sites, and internal teams aligned through each transition, calibrating communication to the size and complexity of the site.

- Maintain records. Ensure machine records in the system of record are updated as units are relocated, upgraded, or moved between vendors.

- Document the process. Build and maintain the transition and upgrade SOP library so the program stays repeatable and transferable as volume grows.

Engagement &

- Requirements

This is a full-time, remote contractor position. We are hiring across Mexico and the Philippines.

Candidates from either region are welcome; all requirements below apply equally.

- Working hours: Substantial daily overlap with U.S. Pacific business hours is required.

- English proficiency: Professional written and spoken English is essential; this role coordinates directly with U.S. clinical staff and equipment vendors.

- Tooling: Comfortable in project and operations software (Monday.com in use today; a CMMS platform, Oxmaint, is being adopted as the system of record). Able to learn new systems quickly.

- Setup:

Reliable high-speed internet and a professional remote working environment.

Qualifications And Skills The core requirements are what a candidate must bring on day one. The additional strengths are meaningful advantages but can be developed on the job.

Core requirements (must-have)

- Demonstrated project-coordination experience, ideally on multi-stakeholder initiatives

- Rigorous attention to accuracy, able to trace every reported fact to its source and resist filling gaps with assumptions
