The CFO is responsible for leading the organization's financial strategy, ensuring sustainability, profitability, and growth in a high-operations environment. This role translates business strategy into robust financial models that enable clear, timely, and actionable decision-making, acting as a strategic partner to the General Direction and to the different areas of the business. The CFO safeguards the company's financial health through comprehensive management of financial resources, internal controls, regulatory compliance, and operational discipline.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the definition and execution of the financial strategy aligned with the company's growth, profitability, and sustainability.
- Oversee the consolidation and analysis of financial statements (consolidated, by legal entity, and by business unit), ensuring compliance with NIF and IFRS.
- Coordinate the monthly accounting close, validating financial information and the accurate preparation of financial statements.
- Develop financial models and integral (all-in cost) simulations for project evaluation, business expansion, and new business units.
- Monitor indirect operating expenses, comparing budget vs. actuals and identifying deviations and improvement opportunities.
- Establish and track financial and operational KPIs, presenting results to General Direction.
- Strengthen internal controls and corporate governance across the organization.




- Provide support to internal stakeholders on cost centers, accounts, and sub-account management.

Required Profile

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Experience: 10–15 years leading financial functions (accounting, tax, treasury, audit, and financial planning).
- Technical knowledge: Advanced Microsoft Office (especially Excel), ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Enkontrol), NIF and IFRS, financial planning and analysis (FP&A;), budgeting and forecasting, cash flow and working capital management, financial modeling for project evaluation, internal controls and corporate governance, tax and regulatory compliance.
- Language: Advanced English.
- Experience validating and monitoring construction/project budgets.
- Experience implementing, optimizing, or transforming ERP systems.
- Experience presenting financial results to General Direction and the Board of Directors.
- Experience establishing and tracking financial and operational KPIs.
- Experience in profitability analysis through financial statements at a consolidated level, by business unit, project, and asset (including ROI and operating efficiency).
- Experience consolidating financial structures across Mexico–U.S. operations.
- Experience in financing through private equity funds and/or credit institutions.
- Availability to travel and to work weekends.
