Required Skills & Experience

- 5–7 years of overall IT infrastructure/systems administration experience.
- 5+ years of extensive, hands-on experience administering Citrix system components (e.g., XenApp/XenDesktop, StoreFront, Delivery Controllers, NetScaler/Citrix ADC, as applicable).
- Demonstrated proficiency in operational Citrix tasks: publishing resources, documentation, and issue resolution.
- Strong working knowledge of ControlUP or comparable Citrix monitoring/management tooling.
- Expert-level troubleshooting skills for Citrix application and infrastructure issues.
- 5+ years of experience with VMware/ESXi administration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Hands-on experience with vMotion, Storage vMotion, template-based VM deployment, ESXi/VMware patching,



vCenter cluster management, and virtual distributed switches.
- Solid foundation in core system administration skills consistent with a Senior System Administrator role (e.g., Windows/Linux server administration, networking fundamentals, Active Directory, patch/change management).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently on complex technical issues.
- Effective written and verbal communication English skills, including the ability to produce clear technical documentation.
