About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Cold Caller / Sales Representative to join our team. The adecuado candidate has a strong background in sales and cold calling, excellent English communication skills, and experience working with U.S.-based companies or clients.

The successful candidate must be confident communicating with prospects, building rapport, handling objections, and generating sales opportunities through outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers.
- Identify and qualify potential leads.
- Present products and services clearly and professionally.
- Build rapport and establish relationships with prospective customers.
- Handle customer questions, concerns, and objections effectively.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate records of interactions.
- Schedule qualified appointments and/or generate sales opportunities.
- Meet established daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude throughout all customer interactions.

Mandatory Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional cold-calling experience.
- Strong sales background is REQUIRED.
- Excellent English communication skills are REQUIRED, including clear pronunciation,



proper grammar, and professional verbal communication.
- Previous experience working with U.S.-based companies or clients is REQUIRED.
- Experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, lead generation, appointment setting, or a similar role.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Confident and professional phone presence.
- Ability to communicate effectively with U.S.-based customers.
- Proven ability to meet sales or performance targets.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable computer and headset for remote calling.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience handling high-volume outbound calls.
- Experience working with U.S. customers.
- Experience using CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
- Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
