We are currently looking for a Senior Logistics Specialist who will be responsible for leading and optimizing end-to-end international logistics operations. strategic supply chain leadership, cost optimization, compliance expertise, and operational execution .

Specialist will possess the skills and experience required, as well as a positive attitude and ability to solve complex problems and work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment. Lead end-to-end international logistics operations, encompassing ocean, air, and inland freight from high-level strategy through granular execution. · Negotiate directly with freight forwarders, carriers,



and logistics providers to aggressively reduce costs while simultaneously improving service levels. · Build and manage a reliable, direct logistics/vendor network, moving beyond a reliance on brokers to ensure supply chain resilience. · S. import/export compliance, auditing all documentation and processes to mitigate regulatory risk. · Independently resolve complex shipment disruptions and logistics crises with authority, implementing corrective actions without the need for constant escalation. · Work closely with Sales and Procurement leadership to align logistics strategies with broader business priorities and planning cycles.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years of progressive experience in integral logistics or supply chain operations, with a proven track record of handling high-volume international shipments.

Experience working with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and transportation providers A history of successful direct negotiations with global carriers and logistics partners. Advanced skills in logistics platforms, ERP systems, and the Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel for data-driven recommendations).
