About the regional Data & AI Team

As part of a leading global consumer goods company's technology organization, the regional Data & AI Team is responsible for bringing the company's global Data and AI ambitions to life across North and Latin America. We connect global capability with regional reality — ensuring our markets have the tools, knowledge, and support they need to compete and grow in a Data and AI-powered world.

This is a newly established role. You will have the opportunity — and the responsibility — to shape what this role becomes, building its identity, ways of working, and impact from the ground up.

About the role A leading global consumer goods company is looking for an AI Enablement Manager to lead AI adoption and transformation across North and Latin America. This is a newly created, high-impact role sitting at the intersection of AI strategy and organizational change — reporting to a technically strong global leadership team.

This is not a coding role. But it is an AI role. You don't need to build models — but you need to understand them well enough to challenge, orient, and inspire the technical teams that do. You will be the person who walks into a room with senior AI engineers and data scientists and says: "Here's where we should be going, and here's why." Then you will make the organization ready to get there.

What you'll do

→ Define and lead the AI adoption and transformation strategy across North and Latin America — from use case identification to organizational readiness to scaled rollout

→ Act as the strategic bridge between global AI technical teams and the business — translating AI capabilities into organizational priorities and vice versa

→ Build and lead an AI champions community across business units and geographies, driving genuine AI fluency — not just tool awareness

→ Design and execute upskilling programs that move employees from AI curiosity to AI confidence

→ Own the regional voice in global AI platform decisions — influencing roadmaps, prioritizing use cases, and ensuring regional needs are heard at the integral level

→ Define metrics that actually measure adoption — utilization, usability, and business value — and report on them to executive leadership

→ Stay at the frontier of GenAI, agentic AI, and emerging capabilities — and bring the "art of the possible" to life for business audiences

What we're looking for

→ 4 years of experience, with at least 1–2 years in a role explicitly focused on AI adoption, AI enablement, or AI transformation at an enterprise scale

→ Deep AI fluency — you understand GenAI, agentic frameworks, LLMs, RAG, and enterprise AI platforms well enough to have a strategic conversation with a technical team, challenge their assumptions, and propose a direction. You don't need to code. But you need to know what you're talking about.

→ Proven experience leading technology adoption or transformation programs with measurable results — change management methodology (ADKAR, Prosci, or equivalent) is a strong plus

→ Exceptional communication skills — you can write a newsletter people actually read, run a town hall that generates excitement, and explain a large language model to a CFO in two minutes

→ Experience working across North and Latin America with diverse teams and stakeholders

→ Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish required

→ Experience in CPG, retail, or high-tech sectors preferred

You might be the right person if:

→ You've built or led an AI Center of Excellence, AI champions program, or enterprise AI adoption initiative

→ You've worked hands-on with tools like Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Salesforce Agentforce, or similar — not as a developer, but as a strategic owner

→ You can walk into a room with senior engineers and propose an AI challenge that changes how they think about the roadmap

→ You've been doing this for 1–3 years and you're ready to scale it across a continent
