- Manage country-specific HR matters and ensure compliance with company policies, local legislation, and regulatory requirements - Support employees and foster a positive and inclusive work environment - Work with Country Leaders on compliance, risk mitigation, and global HR priorities - Educate country business leaders and managers on HR Service Catalogue responsibilities and Ways of Working - Ensure consistent implementation of employee relations activities, policies, procedures, and templates - Coach managers on performance and disciplinary issues - Advise on disciplinary, performance management, redundancy, long-term illness, and other employee relations cases - Negotiate exit agreements and obtain legal advice on complex cases - Monitor jurisdictional requirements and improve employment practices and processes - Manage relationships with Works Councils and other representative stakeholders where applicable - Review and update local HR policies and procedures in line with legislative changes - Manage country HR compliance, regulatory requirements, and controls - Support locally required culture, wellness, disaster response, and diversity initiatives - Partner with Talent Advisory on country requirements for talent programs - Support CoE and Global HR Operations programs requiring country-specific implementation - Identify and implement standardization opportunities in HR processes and service delivery - Partner with CoEs and Talent Advisors to execute global programs in line with local legislation and consultation requirements - Use global HR technology, processes, and the tiered support model to support integrated HR service delivery - Support annual review cycles, including data validation related to local policy requirements - Manage local benefits administration, vendors,
and renewals - Advise Global Compensation and Benefits teams on reward competitiveness and legislative changes - Support internal colleague movement, including international transfers and relocations Requirements - Proven track record as an HR professional providing commercially focused and pragmatic support to business leaders - Experience working within a professional services environment would be an advantage - Strong evidence of partnering with senior business leaders on employee relations issues and effective stakeholder management - Experience managing restructuring programs and change management initiatives would be an advantage - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including a good command of English - Ability to interact with colleagues at all levels - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing and rapidly changing priorities - Ability to work independently and operate well in a team - Understanding and experience operating in a global matrix environment Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in managing HR compliance, employee relations, and performance management within a global matrix environment.
