The Human Resources Business

Partner provides human resources consultation and support to designated business location(s). They shall use knowledge of human resources functions, including staffing, compensation, benefits and employee relations to provide tactical HR support to line managers and senior leadership. Provide direct consultation and support for employee relations & engagement, compliance with policies & procedures, manager & employee development, compensation, benefits and other HR initiatives Coach leaders through change management and performance management issues,
