We’re looking for a Junior Cloud Security Engineer to join our team and help protect Google Cloud (GCP) environments and data.

What you’ll do

- Support secure configurations across GCP, including IAM, policies, networking, encryption and logging/monitoring.
- Help implement and validate cloud security controls and guardrails.
- Support security reviews for cloud services and applications.
- Assist with cloud security monitoring, vulnerability findings and remediation tracking.
- Support SIEM operations, including log onboarding, detection support, alert tuning and investigation workflows.
- Create and maintain security documentation, diagrams,



runbooks and checklists.
- Collaborate with Cloud Engineering, Security Architecture and SecOps teams on security initiatives.

What we’re looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in cybersecurity, cloud engineering, security operations or a related technical area.
- Advanced English
- Exposure to GCP or another cloud platform and understanding of basic security concepts.
- Foundational knowledge of IAM, least privilege, networking, logging/monitoring and encryption.
- Basic understanding of SIEM concepts, including logs, alerting and investigations.
- Comfortable working with technical documentation and cross-functional teams.
- Python or scripting/automation experience is a plus.
