We are seeking a Litigation Associate (Licensed Attorney) to play a key role in managing active cases, drafting legal motions, and supporting litigation strategy.

procedural motions) Prepare complaints, pleadings, and legal correspondence Conduct legal research and support case strategy Analyze case facts, evidence, and legal arguments Review and organize medical records and billing documentation Support accurate case data tracking and reporting Proven experience in litigation (civil, commercial, administrative, or similar) Experience drafting legal documents independently Experience in personal injury law Comfort working with numerical data and case valuation Familiarity with legal software and Microsoft Excel Clear and structured legal thinking Work in a structured, high-performance environment
