Key Responsibilities· Drive sales and business development of orthopedic products in Mexico, covering Joint Replacement, Trauma, and Spine.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with orthopedic surgeons, hospitals, distributors, and other key stakeholders.

· Support product introduction and hospital access processes, including vendor registration, product approval, purchasing procedures, and other hospital requirements.

· Communicate professionally with surgeons from both clinical and product perspectives, understand their needs, and provide appropriate product solutions.

· Deliver product training, technical training, and clinical application training to surgeons, distributor sales teams, and clinical support staff.

· Support distributor teams with surgeon visits, product demonstrations, workshops, academic activities, and market development.

· Identify and develop new business opportunities based on market needs, customer insights, competitive intelligence, and commercial potential.





· Follow up on key accounts and sales opportunities and drive projects from initial product introduction through clinical adoption and commercial conversion.

Requirements· Experience in the orthopedic medical device industry, with solid knowledge of at least one of the following areas: Joint Replacement, Trauma, or Spine. Experience across multiple product lines is highly preferred.

· Hands-on experience with orthopedic products, including clinical support, surgical case coverage, or operating room experience.

· Previous sales or business development experience with strong commercial awareness and business sense.

· Good understanding of the Mexican hospital system, including hospital access, vendor registration, product approval, purchasing, and related processes.

· Existing relationships with orthopedic surgeons and/or hospitals in Mexico are highly preferred.

· Ability to independently conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and product training.

· Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

Willingness to travel within Mexico.
