? About the Role

We are looking for an Overseas Executive with a strong international mindset and passion for general logistics. This role is focused on prospecting new overseas partners, strengthening Lozen’s global presence, and positioning Mexico as a strategic logistics hub within international trade lanes.

You will play a key role in expanding our international network, developing new business opportunities, and fostering long-term relationships with agents and partners around the world.

? Key Responsibilities

- Prospect and develop new overseas agents and international business opportunities.
- Promote Mexico as a strategic origin and destination for air, ocean, and ground logistics solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international agents, airlines, shipping lines, and service providers.
- Negotiate rates, capacities, and service conditions to support sustainable business growth.
- Act as the main point of contact for international partners supporting shipments to and from Mexico.




- Provide post-quote and post-shipment follow-up to ensure service continuity and partner satisfaction.
- Participate in international conferences, agent meetings, and global networking events.
- Availability to collaborate across time zones and provide support outside standard business hours when needed.

? Profile & Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Foreign Trade, Logistics, Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Overseas, International Sales, or Business Development.
- Previous exposure to Pricing or International Freight Forwarding is highly valued.
- Advanced English (mandatory); additional languages are a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
- Valid passport and availability to travel internationally when required.
