As an IT Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting,



and hiring top technology talent to support Huawei’s growing business operations. You will work closely with hiring managers and technical leaders to understand workforce requirements, develop recruitment strategies, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle. The successful candidate will possess strong sourcing capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a deep understanding of ICT-related positions. You will be responsible for building talent pipelines, assessing candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a high-quality recruitment experience while supporting Huawei’s talent growth initiatives in Mexico.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for ICT and technology positions.
