Role Summary

As a Sales Executive based in Toluca you will drive net sales, market share, and distribution volume growth by building strong, collaborative partnerships with key customer accounts in your assigned territory. You will lead strategic account management by delivering category growth solutions, optimizing product assortment, and managing end-to-end commercial performance.



The single primary objective of this role is to maximize sales volume and customer account profitability through data-driven account planning and retail execution excellence.

Responsibilities

Drive business growth by developing and executing strategic customer plans that deliver net sales, volume, market share, and profitability targets across assigned key accounts.
Build trusted relationships with key customer buyers and store managers, conducting regular business reviews and offering objective analytical solutions to optimize retail exposure and product assortment.
Partner cross-functionally with Customer Marketing, Logistics, and Customer Management teams to analyze sales reports, communicate market insights, and ensure high product availability and seamless order fulfillment.
